when everybody else is gone

finished this and the tenth circle by jodi picoult yesterday. gave me much food for thought.

working hard for the council is getting harder by the passing minute. its so tough, especially when you're working hard for the right reasons among the wrong people, just like a person trying to swim against the tide.

its hard.

a lot of the time, when things go wrong, we wonder about what we did that made everything spiral downwards, when its actually the things that we havent done, that made the world of difference.

two hands to clap. but at the moment, both are in hiding.
