guess i was wrong
got anything for mum for mothers' day yet?
got more results back today; both good and bad i guess. meeting after school was rather fruitful, interesting. mr gan proves to be more than we perceived him to be, and our first impressions of him were rather bad i guess. its rather discouraging how some of us tend to hinge onto our first impressions, and judge someone according to that from then on. it doesnt do justice to that person, and its rather foolish to let first impressions form that smokescreen. beginning to respect him a little more, believe that he'll be capable of doing great things for rvsc. really glad he's here. couldnt see eye to eye with him in the beginning, but well stuff is getting better now. just rather discouraging to see how the other excos allow their poor first impressions of him cloud his true intentions and capability. even to the extent of deciding not to go for the camp just because of those impressions.
i guess its only discouraging when you want to be a part of it, when you feel so much for it when no one else does. and the people who seem to on the surface are only doing their work cuz they have to. guess it sounds like i'm still sour over the presidential stuff, but well, its got its advantages and disadvantages, and since our term is coming to a close, its their show now.
will still give my best anyhow ! though its going to be tough without the support of the key players in the exco.
its been quite a long week; without caregroup and all. really excited for service tomorrow. beamm. hope my appointment with the therapist wont make me late for service. makes face. hopefully its mister nice again. (: ahahah. oh did i mention that his name is ben? haha.
ohyeah. the tagboard says HOLLER. so just say whatever. its a lousy one cuz the popup link isnt working and i'm too lazy to fix it. grumble. so yeah sticking with that for now.
