Love has to be given; freely, unabashedly, without any obligation, free of other strings which may inadvertently attach, completely of a person’s own accord, in all vulnerability. Every version otherwise is tangled in a mess of social obligations, desires to please others for no particular reason and all the wrong motivations.

I want to love.
Not only when its easy, or convenient, but when all is uncertain and appreciation is something too much to expect, when there are no guarantees or promises made, when the only thing youre certain of is that when you give this love away, you give it all - in the highest order of sincerity, genuineness and vulnerability you can muster - and even when this love doesnt turn its head and trickle back to you in some form of appreciation, you know you'd do it all over even if it meant garnering the same result.

I want to love people like that.
