invincible ?

Okay I was in a little (rare) trigger-happy mood, so I decided to upload photos ! Of the awesome trip with Bigsis to The Land of Shopping Heaven (aka Bangkok).

The snazziest room ever ! I dunno how we ended up with 3 beds, but it was just uber uber uber great. Never felt so pampered ! Bigsis kept going 'Ooh I feel like a princess !' Hahahaa.

Papaya salad ! Didnt taste the papaya at all. Nice and spicyyyy, I like ♥
Beef noodle soup (: Theirs is nice and has loads of pepper. Yummy !
Fishhh from a roadside stall ! Probably the most adventurous thing we did. It was really nice ! :D Pity my tummy was acting up.
With Leon ! He brought us on the food adventure, and he's super familiar with the place. So nice meeting up with people overseas. (:

We even took their local subway ! Only for one stop, but it was pretty cool still. Kudos to Leon, ofcourse.
Their traffic is crazy ! Its like this ALL the time. Every hour is peak hour. :/ And their drivers are super skilled (in a scary way), think they barely ever use their turning signals hoho.

It was good time spent, overall. Did all sorts of stupid and dumdum stuff together that I'll probably never repeat, and just.. spent good time away from alot of stuff and the rest of the world in general. And ofcourse shopped till we really nearly dropped. Was shorter than I wouldve preferred, but I'm really really thankful nevertheless. (: (: (: So blessed.

Rushed out for West Christmas Party right after touching down ! This was probably the only picture I deliberately took that night. /: But it was quite a lot of fun, especially the carolling ! Though I couldnt really sing with my frog voice but well.. Fun !

Christmas service was great. (:
Very meaningful, reminded me of a lot of stuff and helped me to open my eyes to the many things I know I ought to be thankful for. Come to think of it, its.. 4 days before I turn 3 spiritually ! (Meaning I'd have been in church for 3 years) Cool eh. I realize every year that I look back I realize the things I reflect about arent the ones that I expected myself to reflect about. Well thats a topic for another entry !

Think that lately Ive been a really happy recipient of sweet gestures from some unexpected people ! :D So glad. Shant list them here, lest they get shy. (; But I'm thankful, really thankful, nevertheless. I guess people never cease to surprise you, in all the good and bad ways.

Been kinda frustrated with myself lately !
Been thinking alot (okay, just a little more than usual) about stuff and its been exceptionally hard to pen my thoughts down, and I dont even know why ! Somehow writing isnt as therapeutic as it used to be, and even if I write it just.. doesnt feel as satisfying or as much of a relief anymore when I'm finished. Ughhh frustrating frustrating ! Since writing is probably my best/main channel of expression. Maybe I should heed D's suggestion and try songwriting.. hmm.

Okay I'm not going to. Dont have that kinda creative capacity.

Tomorrow's an (extremely rare) Saturday without service or meetings or anything ! Shall try to drag myself outta bed to the doctor's in the morning. Been putting it off for too long.

I'm itching to read more books ! And not really looking forward to school, hmm.

PS: Icecream logcake is awesome. Hehehe.
