late nights and bright lights

Been away from the cyber world for abit lately, been coming home late and finding myself too tired to go online and stuff. Soooo, I shall reward you guys with a very interesting post. (Promise !)

Dont remember which day, but I was stuck at home sick and bored so I decided to take up the daunting task of cleaning up my cupboard.

What I found: LOTS of junk ! And really old school stuff. (Like the Zip disc. I even found a booklet of black floppy discs ! Talk about primitive.)

More random stuff. I found a lot of buttons lying around somehow.
Piggybanks ! That look nothing like pigs.
Seashells ! (: I found lots of them. Used to go to the beach a lot more in the past.
I thought I threw this away, actually. Its this white tag I had to wear around my wrist during my week-long stay in the hospital when I was P5. For appendicitis.
SPCA magazines ! So cute.
Weak attempts at.. uhm, art.
Horrendous handwriting ! Hahaha. I totally dig this. Got character okay.
More ugly writing. Looks like I was a budding poet in primary school, too.
STICK-ON EARRINGS ! I couldnt help laughing (out loud to myself) when I found this. So spastic !

I found that I had a strange liking for Hello Kitty that I didnt really recall having.



And Sailormoon too ! Hahaha. Sailormoon was totally da bomb back then.

I remember I liked Mercury ! Cuz she was the only one with short hair. Got character, I like !
I kept this cutting ! Haha. Was quite a fan of Shaq too.

Now for the bestest thing I found in the drawers..

My Primary school ID card ! I look like a little Japanese.. boy ! The haircut makes me think of Ju-on, really. But its adorable, dont you think ! Ahaha. I wonder what happened while I was growing up..

:D Nevermind.

I think I spent an entire day doing that. But it was pretty nice, going through all the little things I kept and spending some moments dwelling in little moments of nostalgia. (: Then again, you cant keep all that stuff for a lifetime, eh. If I did my room would be a junkyard. (Actually my table is already in that state like, all the time.) But its okay ! Life goes on, and we build more memories as we go along. (:

I guess thats why I like to take photos too. Thats one of the best ways to preserve a memory. (((:

Life's been.. exciting/hectic ! This week's gonna be a reallyyy packed one. Gonna attempt meeting all the yangmehmehs this week, and start on projectssss. Meeting PatLim (FINALLY !) at HollandV on one of the evenings too, cant wait. beams*

Havent been updating much, and since there arent complaints for me to update, I.. procrastinate. So to that (very awesome) daily visitor to my blog: Be happy ! There's so much more to life than all that. (:

Sister's in Bintan with the camera (and my photos !) so I wont be updating till she's back. (I miss her already)
