discard pretense

Today was a day of lows.
I developed my first roll of film, but it turned out that the entire roll was exposed save for the single one in the photo above. Think I did it by accident while rolling the entire film back into the roll.

I really dont want to go into how disappointed I am, just wanna shove it at the back of my mind, learn the lesson and leave it behind.

I guess its cuz I cant stomach the feeling of losing the many beautiful/candid moments I captured, cuz I know that even if I try to recreate them, it'll never be the same.

Ohwell. I chose to dabble in flim instead of digital. Got no one to blame.
This is sucha beautiful yet tragic film.

Cate Blanchett is simply wonderful in this film. Her facial expression leaves little need for words, and she pirouettes like a dreammmmm. Their love is so ill-fated it made me so D: Okay it set me thinking about a whole lot of things but I'll probably go on and on so I wont even bother beginning.

And BradPitt's eyes are very, very mesmerizing.

Wanted to blog more, but nehh. I will not dwell on negative thoughts.
