Going away and getting sick and missing out on one of the teachings really set me thinking, cuz if my physical body can be such a liability and cause me to miss out like that, it can cause me to miss out on bigger stuff in the future, if I dont get it under control. SO. I decided that I must exercise twice a week from next week onwards !
