where would we be now ?
ah, the weekend ! dances around in circles.
the bulk of the prelims are finally over (its already over for the non-biology people) - its been an arduous time, with the coffee and the insane arrivals in school at 6 to study. guess many can identify at this time ! ugh. guess the end marks some relief and well-earned rest (for most, at least) but its really unsatisfying, for me. guess its pointless saying anything now, but i really think more couldve been done, earlier. had been spending too much time on too little. sigh.
i dislike it when people tell me about how i'm so fortunate as to not need to study as hard for the prelims, when everyone else is slogging their butts off to get into their dream school for the first intake.
its so irksome i'm tempted to punch people when i hear it. i do take pride in my grades too, you know. they arent just always the means to getting somewhere.
on a lighter note, cg outing with the j2s was just the remedy i needed from the week. had an awesome time with our happening table of people ! havent laughed so much in the longest time. think the place was getting swarmed by us. i kinda pity the neighbours of mind cafe, though. they must be rather bothered by all the screaming and insane laughter.
on to the challenging weekend ahead ! 22 chapters of biology in two days ! (or less, since my mum has declared that its illegal for me to wake up early tomorrow zz) hahh. thats just to scare you. its more like 22-19 chapters. thank God for the kiasu Singaporean mentality.
its church anniversary tomorrow ! smiles. thankful for much.
